Luke is a 6 year old, with lots of energy! He has 2 siblings, a big brother and a little sister that he loves dearly. Early on, we noticed that Luke was not feeding well and had difficulty gaining weight. After several visits to the pediatrician, referrals to specialists, and several formula changes, we finally got to a point where he was gaining weight. We continued to notice issues with feeding, then meeting milestones. Several resources were put into place to help us support Luke with his needs. He was later diagnosed with ADHD, Anxiety, Developmental delays, as well as speech delays.
He currently uses a speech device to help with his communication with others. He has a wonderful support team at his school with his IEP, OT, Speech, and PT.
He loves pizza.
Luke is an amazing boy with a big heart! He loves to be outside playing on the farm, helping care for the farm animals. His passion is his papa and the big John Deere Tractor. His face just lights up when he jumps up on his papas lap and they drive off on the tractor.
We are hopeful that the service dog will provide Luke with confidence
