A fun competition on the Fox 8 News Cleveland Morning Show brought awareness to W.A.G.S. 4 Kids and The SMART Local 33 Mac 'n' Cheese Throwdown.

Before the Fox 8 mac 'n' cheese competition began, W.A.G.S. 4 Kids Director of Development Sera Nelson explained how events like the upcoming SMART Local 33 Mac 'n' Cheese Throwdown benefit W.A.G.S. 4 Kids' programs and children.

"It's all because of fundraisers like this, and all of Cleveland coming out to support us," she said. "This is just so meaningful to us because we really have been the 'Charity that Cleveland grew' from the very beginning."

Anchors Kristi Capel, Wayne Dawson and Stefani Schaefer brought their best mac 'n' cheese recipes to the table in a battle that was judged by Chef Justin Smith from Luxe Kitchen and Lounge, one of the reigning champs of the 2018 SMART Local 33 Mac 'n' Cheese Throwdown.
